The NMSU Music Department presents the annual Jazz Jumpstart Festival and Concert on Nov. 21. The free concert is at 7:30 pm at Atkinson Recital Hall and features the NMSU Jazz Ensemble and renowned guest artists John Fedchock and Jennifer Wharton.
